Keeping Clients and Staff Safe
- Our preference remains for client appointments to be via Zoom, but we understand there will be circumstances where a face-to-face meeting is required. Therefore our offices will be open to clients for pre-arranged appointments. If you are feeling unwell or showing cold or flu-like symptoms please refrain from coming into our offices and instead email or phone us.
- All Q2’s events will be held by Zoom until further notice.
- Our staff will be working at Q2’s offices under strict social distancing precautions.
Contactless Contact Tracing
As part of Government regulations, we require all visitors and staff to sign in with our contactless registration system. When you arrive at Q2HQ for your appointment, use your phone camera (or any QR scanning app) to scan the code on our door. You will be asked to enter your name, email address and phone number and that’s it! These instructions are on our front door. If you don’t have a smart device please let us know and we can sign you in.
